This year's event, like last year, will be held at Camp Copass,  a retreat center situated on a small peninsula on Lake Lewisville, Texas. The peninsula is exclusively dedicated to the camp. In addition to the main conference room, there are plenty of areas for breakout sessions and small group meetings, all very conducive for both formal and informal collaboration and networking. The camp also offers several outdoor activities.

The main accommodations will be two hotels located on the campus of Camp Copass.  Camp Compass is located 29 miles north of DFW International Airport and 35 miles north of Dallas Love Field Airport.

COST:     The Registration Fee for Beijing Brief 2024 is $595. 

              If you register and pay prior to June 1st, 2024 you can receive the                      Early Bird price of $525.

ACCOMMODATIONS:             

We have lodging on Camp Copass, as pictured below, for double  occupancy (with roommate) or single occupancy. Each room has either two full or two queen size beds in it.  We strongly encourage everyone to stay at Camp Copass.  We have 79 total rooms available.  Rooms fees listed below include sales tax.
